ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS

August 8, 2026

The Annual Meeting of the stockholders of Pochet Property Owners Association, Inc. will be held at 156 Pochet Road, East Orleans, Massachusetts, 02643, on

Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

The preliminary agenda is:

• To approve the minutes of the 2025 annual meeting.
• To receive reports of officers, committees and the Road / Bridge Commissioner.
• To approve proposed changes to the Association's bylaws.
• To elect five (5) directors to the PPOA Board of Directors.
• To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

The Board hopes that as many stockholders as possible will attend the Annual Meeting.  Whether you do or do not attend, a form of Proxy will be made available for your use.  Please complete and submit the Proxy through the website as soon as possible.

If you complete and submit your Proxy, but thereafter you attend the meeting in person and wish to revoke your Proxy, you may do by notifying David, F. Gates, Secretary, prior to the start of voting.
